Employer changed from TIAA-Cref to Transamerica.

My employer changed our retirement 401k/403b provider from TIAA-CREF to Transamerica. We have the option of transferring the TIAA funds ( about $6k) to the the new Transamerica 401k/403 or putting it in a RIA. Anyone have an opinion of which is better
