I work part time at a hospital and earn about $120,000. My company used to contribute a significant percentage to our pension plan, but stopped. Now they say they are going to stop managing this money and we will have several options. One option is to manage it myself.

I am a 58 year old female living in a medium cost of living city. Here is a quick look at my current situation.

$525,000 Schwab total stock market index fund (403-b)

$500,000 Schwab S&P index fund (403-b)

$200,000 mixup between S&P and tech (non retirement)

$50,000 cash in money market

$100,000 invested in risky local company going public in 2021 (maybe)

$1,150,000 home equity (according to Zillow) on primary residence which is paid off

$700 monthly rent from detached garage apartment

I am going to inherit a substantial amount of money (over 1 million) from my 94 year old relative who is in fair health, but I won't count that. Any suggestions on where I should invest the pension money?

I have zero debt.
