Hi all, would appreciate advice on what to do with the ~$17k I have vested in my 401k after leaving my previous employer. I'd rather NOT withdraw it so that it doesn't get taxed and it seems like an IRA is the best way to go. However, I'd like any information on how to go about doing this or if there is an even better option. Maybe this post should also be in r/explainlikeimfive because I am a mess when it comes to financial stuff.
