How much should I contribute to my new jobs' 401k, it offers 50% matching with no cap; I only spend about 1/5th of my income on all my expenses, should I put all of the other 80% in, or are there better investments I should make??

(29 M) I make 120k plus small quarterly bonuses in a rural Iowa town if that helps or is relevant. I am a novice at finances. I have always just maxed out my 401k before this, and put all of the rest into savings... i am now thinking i should make a change.
