Hi I’m currently installing two lights in my living room, one of which was installed without any issues. When I went to do the second one it was old fashioned wires going through to a box to convert them to brown and blue: see picturehttps://ibb.co/QKXjqsgMy question is would it be safe to use the blue and brown wires as they are ? Or would I have to discard the box and use the old ones (red and black) also the other light fitting didn’t have an earth cable, so what would I do with this? Thank you so much.
