Hi all.
Seeking advice/perspective:should we buy a brand new/new construction home or destroy an existing house and start from the ground up
Background: we own the house/lot and it's been paid off for years now. So it helps with the budget and the construction loan collateral.
We live in northern Virginia and we dont have any debt besides student loans which are minimal.
