I was just in Costco and saw a stack of nice Adidas 'game day' pants marked down to $17.99 (I actually think they were $15 in store, but might be misremembering). I bought a pair and love the fit--they aren't slim like joggers so they work well if you have an athletic build. I tried some Adidas pants in the past that were just ridiculous with the taper--these are much more generous. Also they have a hidden rear pocket for wallet, in addition to two front pockets. Here's a pic of the medium size fit (5'8", 185 lbs., 33" waist, 30" inseam). For 18 bucks these are a bargain, and the color options are great too.
Oh and if you need shoes they have some nice Adidas knit converse style shoes for $35.
