Im 27 years old. Ive managed to save roughly $100,000 over the past six years by spending far below my income. Somewhat impressive seeing as I do not have a college degree and have been making between 25-35k per year. I would like to purchase a home at some point but the average cost of a home in my area is 600K and the housing market is a scary place for a single young man that doesnt MAKE much money. This money has been sitting in my bank account growing for years with no return. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
