I've noticed a stark difference in my mood when I neglect balance in these three areas, and now I'm wondering what the science behind it is. What differences occur when consuming (i.e. watching television or reading), creating (i.e. writing, thinking something up, etc) and sitting in silence or working on something mindless like dishes/taking a walk/etc. I would love to hear from anyone who knows about this!
