I know most refrigerators made nowadays will never be BIFL material, I'm just looking for something quality that will last a few years and get me by for now. A separate freezer compartment is an absolute must for me because I need to make ice/store frozen meats and ice cream and things like that. The refrigerator will be used inside of a bedroom so quiet operation and a relatively small size is necessary.
Here are the products that I'm currently considering:
- Costway Compact Refrigerator 3.2 cu ft. Unit Small Freezer Cooler Fridge
- EdgeStar CRF321SS 3.1 Cu. Ft. Dorm Sized Energy Star Compact Fridge/Freezer
- Whynter MRF-340DS 3.4 Cubic Feet Energy Star Stainless Steel Compact Refrigerator/Freezer
I'm leaning towards the EdgeStar due to it being energy efficient and having an auto-defrost feature within the refrigerator. (less maintenance?)
Maybe someone more knowledgeable than I can find better deals or point me towards other more reputable manufacturers. Any help is much appreciated.
