Should I increase the credit limits on all my cards at once, or should I wait and do each ones individually?

[UPDATE] Someone charged my wife's card 132 times on Amazon over the course of 8 months and Chase won't do a thing about it.
35. No degree. Just laid off from a job I hate but need. No car. $900 rent. $1700 to my name. 750 credit score. $1500 IRS debt.
