Disclaimer: Not any form of digital edits, but they might be needed. What I'm looking for is something I've spent extensive hours trying to find answers to. I purchased a Power A Nintnedo Switch controller a while back, and it's the one with the AGL/AGR buttons on the back that enhance performance. It's a really neat Pro Controller, in fact, it's my favorite. The only problem I have with it is the fact it lacks the HD rumble, a type of vibration in the controller that helps in some games. I don't know about you guys, but to feel immersed in a game, you have to at least feel the game. Another simple problem, is a problem I'm not looking to fix but I might need to bring up: the lack of wired input. I like my controllers wired while docked, and wireless when I play with others (because come on, the Joy-Cons are only fun for Mario Kart, not games like Risk of Rain). That isn't the main issue, though. What I'm looking for is some internal edits to makes the controller have HD rumble. I can buy the mini-ones in the Joy-Cons and try to graft them on to the controller, but I don't know where to start. I need some help from someone who knows how to mess with the board and the ribbon wires and stuff. I've never made a physical modification like this before. Please help.TL;DR: I'm making a mod to an off-brand Switch Pro Controller, and I really need the HD rumble it lacks to feel immersed in the game. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2yYKzAC
