My local dealership quoted me at $50 to replace the cabin and engine air filters - "with complimentary installation!"

That felt high to me so I looked up how to do it myself on Youtube. Two videos = 2 mins long each. I figure that it can't really be this simple right?

I went on some of my local Auto Parts stores to see how much a filter would be. The big box stores wanted between $15 and $40 per filter - potentially cheaper but still seems high. I decided to copy a model name to check on Amazon, turns out that isn't necessary. Amazon will ask you for your car's year/make/model and show you all of the parts that work! Boom, engine air filter for $9 and a 3 pack of Cabin air filters for $18 - enough for 3 years.

15 mins of reasearch, 2 days shipping, and 5 mins under my hood/behind my glove box and good for another year!

Total Cost: $28 for a 3 pack of cabin air filters and 1 engine air filter. If I buy the engine air filters for the same price my total will be $15 per year of air filters.
