Hi all, few questions for the seasoned and experienced investors here.
I am 24, and just getting on my feet financially. I make about 4k/month, and by May my commission will begin to kick in and I will be between 10-15k per month (New Home Sales).
I want to get into passive income investing, buy and hold rentals, storage facilities, etc. The problem is, I don't have the credit history to get a massive loan to begin any projects, and I don't have the capitol either.
I realize that I need to be able to offer something if anyone is going to partner with me, and I do believe I have that. I am an extremely hard worker, honest, and I have long term goals for building my wealth.
So, why would someone partner with me? In what way could I bring value? Where do I find someone that would be interested in partnering with me? Thanks for any advice.
