Hi! So, I will do my best to present this issue I can be a little scattered brain. I am currently in nursing school. I am going to graduate in May 2019 and currently work part time at a hospital. My boyfriend of 2 years is graduating with an Associates degree this December and is currently looking for a better job than he already has. We have been really itching to get t the next step in our relationship. We are looking at rings and trying to decide what area we want to live in when that time comes. Here is what I need some insight on…. My boyfriend’s grandparents have sold their house to a contractor who plans to tear down the house and the houses around it to build townhomes. The grandparents have bought a new house and are planning to move into it at the beginning of the month. They have offered the house to my boyfriend and I until the builder decide to demolish it. The demolishing could happen within the next few months, or in the next few years. My question is…should we take this offer? All we would have to pay for is utilities, but is it worth it to put money into a house that would not be long term for us? Should we just save money? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
