As the title states I have been 'trying' & experimenting to turn a room in our house into a Sauna. The room was built by the previous owner as a room just for a bath.It has a tiled floor with a drain and had some woodern panels as cladding. I have since removed the wood, re-sealed the gaps, insulated with a vapour barrier and placed western red cedar as the paneling. Are there any Sauna guru's here that could advise if the type of insulation is suitable to install a Sauna (steam) heater and if coating of the cedar is required or can you leave it as is?Thank you! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2qocEwq
