I have T Mobile prepay and pay 40 a month. I havn't needed as much phone since I retired so I have been checking into other carriers but have been with them since before they were T mobile except for a 6 months with Verizon. (They sucked) I called customer service and was telling them I wish I could get a lower bill, did they have any specials etc etc, and I really didn't want to change, but as I am an older person etc I might have to. They lowered it to 30. I can deal better with that. It lowered my mbs but I never used them all anyway.
Then I called the phone/internet and checked into their prepay and I got an email offering to lower my current bill as we had been with them for so long. This phone has been in the family and this house since 1963.
Happy! It does pay to ask sometimes.
