I may be wrong but I used to read posts through personal finance about people wanting to start a budget and a lot of people using pre made budgets where you input your numbers and it calculates stuff out. For alot of people that may seem overwhelming so for the people who can't find something that will work. Do something like this http://prntscr.com/lijqdb or your own version of it . Its as easy as just going onto google docs and writing all of ur expenses and better yet YOU know how to use it where stuff goes how it should be filled so that you know the ins and outs.
I personally use a budget sheet like the one above and then a seperate spending sheet like this http://prntscr.com/lijrfg.
Just take a breathe and start by just seeing what u spend then decide how you budget it. The pre made ones that you just fill in the numbers honestly for a lot of people are cool at first but you can't really track them like you want.
