So i bought a medium synchilla snap-t flece from ebags.com. Turns out it's too big and ebags doesn't have any smalls left. So if I take it to a patagonia store (there's one nearby in NYC), could I in theory exchange it for a small there without having to fork over any extra cash? I have the patagonia tags cut out but I still have them with me. Also, it's brand new and I only wore it once. Just wondering. thanks.
