I was wondering if anyone has ever used trim to cover up gaps/age in risers and along steps. I looked up pictures online and I have not seen many if any examples of people using trim on their stairs. I started to remove the old unsightly caulk with the intention of re-caulking and then the I thought of the idea. Is there too much movement? Would the pieces fall off?
