My messenger bag has this little key holder attached to a red strap inside the bag. Couple weeks ago, the spring that holds its latch in place broke, and I couldn't figure out where to buy a replacement. When I finally asked support about it, they just mailed me two new ones for free :) I've used this bag about every day for 15 years, and that little tiny spring was the only thing that gave up so far.
Can't say if their newer bags have similar quality, but I expect I'll be able to use this bag for another 30 years at least, if the longevity of the two springs is just as good.
