So title, but he used my social to pull a line of credit for $3,000.00 and then gave me a check for the amount claiming it was my signing bonus. I only noticed because I got a hit on my credit report. Does this constitute fraud? It wasn't stipulated in my contract that my signing bonus would be a loan.
