I wrote a long post as to why but I refreshed it accidentally and lost it .
Two new directors added today one accountant with brilliant history in buy out and acquistition and SEC expert, the other the big boss of NetApp
Based on lam research we are in the middle of trough cycle which will end by early 2019 . Micron is going to aggressively buy back and wait for strong memory cycle and hence a higher share prices and acquire netapp with a combination of cash / equity and debt in late 2019 .
