Today on CNBC Larry Kudlow said that the goal of himself and the administration regarding economic reform is that they want zero tariffs, zero non-tariff barriers, 0 subsidies and play by the rules of the WTO which itself is going to require reform. So apparently they don't like the rules either.
I don't know enough about you economics to know if this makes sense or is absolutely unattainable so can somebody chime in and let me know weather this is even possible or even desirable? The sounds like completely open border trade right?
