So I feel I've been eating out / getting delivery too often.

I usually plan on meals ahead of time, but sometimes I don't have enough time.

What sort of ingredients do you always have on hand?

My thoughts:

1) Frozen chicken breasts, individually wrapped. Just always have one in your refridgerator

2) Rice and beans

3) Pasta

Any other ideas?
