I'm currently living with my mother since I graduated college. However, for a lot of personal reasons, I'd like to move out.
I am currently working on finding a job. I live in the Seattle metropolitan area. Obviously I need a job before I move out.
I have about $5000 in checking and savings combined.
If it matters, my bigger priority is paying off my student loans (~$30k), but I believe having a job and living independently would have its own psychological value.
