First the albumBought the house and requested the seller have a leak fixed in master bathroom under toilet. They said it was fixed but I discovered a leak shortly after moving in. Removed everything from the bathroom and need some advice moving forward.I received advice to paint some kilz over the floor to seal any potential hazardous mold. Got a new was ring.The flange sits level with the floor, but I'm honestly not sure if the floor I've painted is a layer on top of the actual subfloor because it looks like it.
