I 22M Just graduated college about six months ago and have completed my emergency savings fund. I would like to start considering a purhcase of a house in the next 8-12 months. Besides as big of a downpayment that I can afford, what are some other often forgotten/hidden costs of home ownership? And before people start saying things like new roof/AC units ect. let's just assume that i'll be buying a new 2018 home because they're everywhere in my area. Looking for around $220,000 Thanks!
