So we are currently liquidating our REIT and we want to do it as quickly as possible. For every quarter we need to submit paper work to do so. When we do we choose to liquidate all shares but get a letter warning that we may not get everything we want do to so many people wanting to do the same. Each quarter we get about ten percent which is very agitating to say the least.
My question is would it be faster to select a percentage of shares vs. all shares to close it in a timely manner?
