If you lose $10 in crpyto (and realize the loss / cash out), and through your stock options at work, you made $10 profit (and realize the gain / cash out). Do the loses on crypto cancel out with the profit on the options, so that you don't owe tax on the profit of the stock optoins (since there was a $10 gain and $10 loss?)
