From all the news chatter, Hard Brexit is happening
The financial sector in London is already slowly moving out and relocating to Frankfurt near the European Central Bank.
Any investors or venture capitalists see any opportunity to capitalise on this move?
Market values will shift, and i see a surge in Frankfurt Real Estate, especially the renters from the finance industry willing to pay premium as tenants
