This may be the wrong subreddit to post so sorry but im looking at buying a house and i talked to loan guy and he pre approved me for 80k, if i pay off my credit card which is maxed out (its only $300) and a mower that's $400 would that help get me a better amount cause all homes around 80k will need new plumbing and electrical work. I know a used home that's this low will need work and im fine with that its just that i want something that's in a little better shape cause i work a lot of over time and when im home i usually just sleep till its time to go to work again
