I was looking through this list here: https://investor.vanguard.com/etf/factor-funds

Given the short track records of those ETFs, I'm trying to determine if it's worth investing in them or look elsewhere.

One thing that confuses me is the Multifactor ETF ($VFMF) that has a 0.18% expense ratio, and every other Vanguard factor ETFs in that list have 0.13% expense ratio. I'm not sure what makes the multifactor ETF more "expensive" since it's a blend of the factors.

If I do invest in factor ETFs, I'm tempted to split it between the liquidity, value, momentum and quality ETFs instead of investing in the multifactor ETF.
