Hi, Next year I'll be graduating from an engineering school with a major in software/system engineering, which will hopefully permit me to earn something like 35~40K€ per year.

I live in France so I don't have any student debt to deal with, and as of today I have saved 6K€ from student job. I know it's not much but it's a start.

What I am wondering is if an investment in real estate early on in my work life is a good idea, more precisely take 2 bank loans as early as I can to buy two appartments. One would be rented, and the rent would be set in order to repay one loan each month. Hopefully after 20~25 years both loans would be paid off, the apartments will have gained in value and will be providing a stable income.

In your opinion, is it manageable and/or worth the risk ?

I don't have any experience in business or real estate so it might be a really dumb idea, that's why I wanted some more "professional" advice.

Thanks for the help !
