Hello,I built some window planters, and now I am having a hard time deciding how to attach them to my brick home. The boxes are made of solid wood and are 4.5 -5.5 feet long, and 8 inches in height and depth. They aren't light.I know drilling with a masonry bit is an option, but I would like to avoid if possible, and to be honest, I'm not entirely confident in my skills of doing it properly. This is what my windowsills look like. There is a bit of Brick sticking out.I found these clamps on Amazon. Would these work on my brick ledge? Would they hold? Or would it have the potential to crumble the brick itself under the weight of it all?I would need at least 6, two for each box, but honestly I would be more comfortable with seven as one box is over 5 feet long. I wanted to see if anyone had any insight before I bought and tested them out, they are pretty expensive. Thanks!edit: I realize now the clamps are probably too small in height to go over my ledge. But if I could find some larger, would it work? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2MWKmqI
