I noticed a local Target has all its Jockey brand modal underwear on clearance 50% off. I snagged a couple pairs of boxer briefs for $7 a pack (two pairs of briefs per pack, so $3.50 each) and am pretty happy with them for the price. It's 94% modal and 6% spandex if anyone is curious, and the fit is pretty standard boxer brief. They don't seem to immediately ride up with the first step you take, unlike Uniqlo's more recent boxer briefs, so that's a good thing. For the boxer briefs I saw a pack with 2 black ones and a pack with a grey one and a blue/green one. There might be white ones around too. In addition to boxer briefs I saw they had standard boxers and standard briefs at the same discount (and also all modal fabric). There were even white and black undershirts for 50% off but they were a little more expensive (2 pack for $10 after discount--I passed on them, they felt nice and soft but Uniqlo's packaged shirts are a little more known quantity for me).
I mention it's YMMV since this is a Target clearance deal and it varies store to store. There's no way to get this price online either, you have to go to the store. It was pretty clearly marked clearance right in the underwear section for me. I had to dig a bit to find size medium though so act fast if you're in a more common size.
