I want to join two 3/4" pieces of plywood end to end. It needs to slide together and be able to slide apart. This is for the seat back in a dinette in an RV. I found these Miter T-Track pieces on amazon that look like they could work. Is this the ideal piece to make this idea work or is there something better suited for the job?
