We are getting handfuls of tomatoes which I didnt think I would use... until I made non-traditional spaghetti.
Cherry tomatoes, sliced, salted, garlic powder, black pepper, and some italian seasoning(I think basil, oregano, etc..) and put in an oven with olive oil for about 15-20 minutes.
I mash this up and mix with angel hair + parma cheese.
I no longer think we will have 'excess tomatoes', this was delicious.
Anyone have favorites of foods to grow? And how you use it?
