I have recently bought a condo and installing new laminate flooring. I ripped up the old laminate and some tile in the kitchen and what was under about half of it was old linoleum. I removed about half of the linoleum so far and have now realized i will have to level the subfloor before installing the new floors because of dips and humps. Can i use slc over the cutback? Could i use it over the old linoleum? I do not want to try to remove all of the cutback as it would take forever, also the building was built in 1970 so it could contain asbestos. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2B2wWDE
