Hello all,
I am looking at possible home options. I know I don't want a traditional house since those tend to be expensive, but I do want to own something with the hopes of paying it off and saving in the long-run. Two options I am considering are PreFab homes and condos.
I am a single man and I don't plan on getting married or having kids. As such, I am looking for something that is 1-2 bed and 1 bath. I don't need any more than that. As such, what do you guys think is the better option?
