Hi reddit,
Just got into college of choice, cosigners backed out on me last minute. Don't qualify for FAFSA. Credit too low to get bank loan. Going to have to drop...I'm pretty sure.
I don't know anybody.
Any thoughts? Something someone should have told me about that I missed? Any help appreciated. Hugs?
Other relevant details: 5.6 GPA in high school. 36 score on ACT. Went to college for two years, aimless and very depressed. Bad family. Fought them off, turned life around, slowly, painfully. Found a goal, started working toward it. Admitted to Colorado School of Mines. Smiled first time in years. Registered for classes. Attended first week. Made friends. Cosigners bailed. Said they don't "trust me". Said I don't respect them.
I'm trying to.
