I am laying laminate flooring, and have a weird situation i am not sure what to do with. There is a spot on the concrete subfloor about the size of a football where there was damage from something, leaving a hole. The previous remodelers filled the hole with mud that they used for the tile right next to it, but did a poor job and left the mud sticking up over the concrete surface about a 1/4 inch, maybe 1/2 inch. I have tried at it with a hammer and chisel but is extremely hard, and am nervous to go at it with roto hammer, because there is piping in the subfloor for radiant heat and IDK how far the hole goes down. I feel like if i lay the flooring over this it will be quite obvious there is a hump there. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2OGYbpA
