I just started a new job on a Helpdesk for a large company, contracted through a recruiting agency. Everyone else on the team was also recently contracted through a recruiter as well. I was chatting with the rest of the team and found I am making at least $10 less an hour than everyone else.
I'm considering calling my recruiting agency and demanding a pay bump, or I will find another opportunity. I could probably just contact another agency and be recruited for the same position.
Has anyone here had experience with this before? What are my options?
