How did Warren Buffett utilize the power of compounding to become rich? I don't think he invests in stocks just for the dividend. In recent interviews he puts this concept on the pedestal and even claimed that he needed to wait until "his money compounded for alot of years"...."I am good at compounding money".... what does he mean by this? Does he mean compound interest as in reinvesting dividends and growing your investments over time. People say a "compounded annual return of"..... what does that mean? Shouldn't annualized be a better term? Sorry for my naive questions, just trying to learn!

Thanks!
