I'm not great with routine, but I've found I really need it, not only to function well but also to feel secure and happy. Without it, I simply won't end up taking care of myself and fall into depression much easier. As a result, I'm trying to come up with an ideal method for streamlining my self-care and daily needs. Right now, they feel overwhelming and like too much to do every single day. However, I'm struggling to figure out how to consolidate the list in a way that gets it all done while not being too much, especially on busier days or days I don't feel great.

Here is my ideal list:

  • Meditate
  • Read
  • Exercise
  • Work on music
  • Work on writing
  • Eat/drink well
  • Go outside
  • Time with God
  • Hygiene/Appearance

I'm trying to find a way to combine the activities in order to make my morning routine easier and not something I dread. Would love some advice in doing so. Thanks for your opinions in advance!
