Can't figure out how this works. The white pipe. I think it screws, but not sure which way (don't want to break). Also the tried to pop up the black rubber seal, didn't seem like its the pop up type. I'm just trying to get the cover off the sump pump and I'm struggling. Took me a while because all 4 screws were stripped.
