I have been going through the hiring/interviewing process for Northwestern Mutual. A little background about myself, I've been working in wealth management for over 2 years now-all client service. I'm looking to become an advisor myself, which has lead me to interviewing places like Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, and Northwestern Mutual. Northwestern actually gave me some homework to do...I have to interview 15 people, asking questions like "have you ever worked with a financial planner before?" and "if you haven't, what's holding you back?", hoping to get some insight, not on people's investments and how much money they have, but on how they view the profession I want to be in. Think you guys could help me out and let me interview you??
