So I quit my job 4 months ago with 150 dollars. Somehow, between riding my motorcycle to college to save gas, and eating ham sandwiches I made it last. In the morning, I am putting my last 2 dollars for gas into my truck so I can make it to school. The day after that is my first payday in months. I didnt think I would make it, but I did. It really made me realise how much money I was spending on fastfood and gas to get there.
Other than being horrified something would come up that costs more than a couple dollars in the entire 4 months id say it has been a benifit to my spending habits. It sucked but I realised most peoples financial troubles usually is because they have to find a way to spend their money rather than save it and buy cheap.
That and Im sick of ham sandwiches, that fuckin sucked too
