Title pretty much sums it up. Im about to graduate community college with an associates degree in cyber security. I can’t decide if I want to go to a 4 year college and throw some of that money at a university. I’ve been thinking about real estate school as well and flipping houses. I have no debt besides my lease on my car. Will be purchasing a house soon but is there anything else I should do that’s necessary as far as investment?
