I'm a new grad whose about to start searching for places to live in San Francisco, and for obvious reasons I'm going to be renting.
I've heard lots of horror stories about people getting screwed over by their landlords, so I figured I'd seek Reddit's wisdom. When it comes to renting, roommates, and signing a lease, is there anything I should look out for? Any red flags? Green flags? Scams I should be aware of?
